Data source
Built from the Sri Lanka Customs National Imports Tariff Guide (NITG 2026), edition 2026-05-16. This build covers 97 chapters and 8,186 terminal tariff lines. Every rate is reproduced from the printed table with its raw text preserved for audit.

Twelve cells in the printed source are page-verified defects (clipped/garbled glyphs or a mis-printed code). Each is fixed only by a reviewed, per-cell allowlist that restores the input reading — the validation gate is never weakened, and every corrected reading carries an audit trail back to the page. No rate is ever guessed.
